Dedicated Websites Sell Homes Faster: 

 The habits of homebuyers have evolved significantly over the past few years. Clearly, the biggest change is the buyer’s reliance on the internet during the house-hunting process.

According to the National Association of Realtors Profile of Home Buyers (2006), photos and detailed property information were listed as the most useful features by buyers who use the internet (which includes almost everyone).
